We ship within 1–3 business days. The waybill number comes by SMS — Nova Poshta shows the arrival date for it.

Delivery

• Nova Poshta — branch, parcel locker or courier, anywhere in Ukraine
• Pickup in Uman — by arrangement
• Other courier services — by arrangement

Cost — Nova Poshta’s rate with no markup from us: it depends on the city, weight and dimensions. Free from 9,999 ₴.

Payment

• Card online — Visa, Mastercard
• Bank transfer (IBAN) — for sole proprietors and companies
• Cash on delivery — at the branch or to the courier

No prepayment needed. Don’t collect the parcel — don’t pay for the goods. Nova Poshta charges its own fee for the money transfer; paying by card on the website avoids it.

If the box is damaged

The parcel can’t be opened before payment — Nova Poshta releases it once paid. That is why every box ships with a declared value equal to the full order amount.

If you see damage, ask the branch for a damage report, take photos and write to us. We’ll replace the item or refund you.

After that — 14 days to return an item of proper quality (see the “Returns and exchanges” page for conditions) and a 3-year warranty.
