Public offer agreement — Frost Division

In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Ukrainian version of this document, the Ukrainian version prevails.

This document is the official proposal (public offer) of FOP (sole proprietor) Mykola Serhiiovych Hordiichuk (hereinafter, the “Seller”) to conclude a distance contract for the sale of goods on the terms set out below. Placing an order on the website constitutes the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer into the buyer’s ownership the goods presented in the website catalogue (cast-needle Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands and festive decor), and the buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay for them.

2. Price and payment procedure

The price of the goods is stated on the product page in hryvnias. Payment is possible:

by card online on the website (Visa, Mastercard);
cash on delivery — payment on receipt at the carrier’s branch.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made by Nova Poshta within Ukraine at the carrier’s rates, depending on the city, weight and dimensions of the shipment. Orders from 9 999 ₴ are delivered free of charge. Dispatch takes place within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Self-collection from Uman is possible by arrangement.

4. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided that their marketable appearance, completeness and original packaging are preserved. In this case, the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

If the goods have a manufacturing defect, the Seller exchanges them or refunds the full amount; in this case, shipping in both directions is paid by the Seller.

5. Warranty

The goods are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
