Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided that:

• the item has not been used and shows no signs of use, damage, odours or dirt;
• its original appearance, full set of parts, seals, tags and original undamaged packaging are kept;
• you have proof of purchase (a receipt, waybill or order number).

Items that do not meet these conditions are not accepted for return. Return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the buyer. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the parcel at the carrier’s branch. Claims for mechanical damage, missing parts or items not matching the order are accepted only with a report drawn up with the carrier on receipt.

Manufacturing defects

If you find a manufacturing defect, send us a photo or video of it. After inspecting the item, we will replace, repair or refund it in accordance with the law. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we pay for shipping both ways. If the inspection does not confirm a manufacturing defect, shipping and diagnostic costs are paid by the buyer.

Warranty

Products carry a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and construction that arise when the product is correctly assembled, used and stored.

The warranty does not cover:

• mechanical damage, signs of falls, deformation;
• damage caused by incorrect assembly, storage or transport;
• exposure to fire, high temperatures, moisture and chemicals;
• normal wear and tear;
• self-repair or modification of the construction.

How to arrange a return

1. Contact us via the feedback form, Telegram or Viber before sending the item.
2. Give your order number and the reason for the return, and attach photos.
3. Send the item only once it has been agreed. Parcels sent without prior agreement or cash on delivery are not accepted.
4. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will make the exchange or refund within the time limits set by law. Money is refunded by the same method used for payment.
