Green or flocked
It is a matter of taste only until you look at the wall the tree will stand against.
A crown reads against what is behind it. On a light wall a green tree has a crisp silhouette while a flocked one partly merges with the background. On a dark wall it is the reverse: green disappears, flocked glows.

What “flocked” means here
It is the same cast needle as on the classic models, with a white coating on the tips. It does not shed or stick to your hands — unlike spray flocking, which comes off on your palms at the first touch.
A flocked model weighs slightly more than a classic one of the same height. A 2.1 m tree weighs 18–21 kg depending on the model — a range rather than one figure precisely because classic and flocked differ.
One more practical point: a flocked crown suits cool-toned and clear ornaments; a green one suits red, gold and warm tones.
