Hanging or wall-mounted tree
It is not a miniature of a traditional tree but a format of its own — half a crown set against the wall or suspended, instead of a full cone on a stand.

Wall-mounted versus hanging
A wall-mounted tree is fixed to the wall and stays flat, with branches on one side. A hanging tree is suspended from the ceiling and is full on all sides, so it can be seen from every angle.
The same material
Hanging and wall-mounted models use the same cast needles as the floor-standing trees: they do not shed and hold their shape.
