Yes. You can collect from Uman — come and see it by arrangement. If that's too far, we'll send you a video of the product from the workshop on request.

Leave 20 cm between the top and the ceiling — with a star, add its height too. The second measurement to check is the diameter of the bottom tier: that's what decides how much room the tree takes up.

Cast needles are three-dimensional, each one separate — up close they look real. PVC is a flat strip: it looks good from two metres away and costs less.

In combined models (“mix” in the name), cast needles go on the outside and PVC on the inside, where you can't see it.

Yes — the branch frame is metal, not plastic. Hang heavy baubles closer to the trunk and light ones at the tips, so the weight is spread evenly.

No. The stand is metal — a jump onto the bottom tier won't make the tree wobble. A clear line is included so you can secure the top to the wall.

It doesn't fade — the colour is in the material itself, not applied on top. The warranty is 3 years: if a branch breaks, tell us the tier number and we'll send a new one — no need to take anything apart.

No sharp edges: the frame is enclosed inside the branch, and there are no small removable parts. The needles don't shed, so none end up on the floor.

The box has handles and fits in a lift and a car boot. A 2.1 m tree weighs 18–21 kg.

After the holidays it packs back into the same box.

We dispatch within 1–3 working days. The waybill number arrives by SMS — Nova Poshta shows the arrival date for it.

Cost — Nova Poshta’s rate with no markup from us: it depends on the city, weight and dimensions. Pickup in Uman — by arrangement.

You only pay for a tree that arrives intact.

Before paying — the box. At the branch, inspect it from the outside. If it’s dented or damaged, refuse the parcel: with cash on delivery you pay nothing, and if you paid by card, we’ll refund the full amount.

After paying — the tree. Open the box right there, without leaving the branch. If anything is damaged, ask the staff to draw up a damage report, take photos and write to us. The rest is on us: we’ll replace the tree or refund you, and deal with Nova Poshta ourselves.

Every parcel travels with a declared value equal to the full order amount — the delivery risk is ours. And after delivery you still have 14 days to return it and a 3-year warranty.

Yes. By card on the website — Visa, Mastercard. Sole proprietors and companies can pay by bank transfer (IBAN). Or cash on delivery at the branch or to the courier: Nova Poshta charges its own transfer fee, which card payment avoids.
